Deadline Extended for Dear Colleague Letter Sign-On
The deadline to have your congressperson sign onto the Dear Colleague letter initiated by Congresswoman Betty Sutton has been extended to 12 noon on Tuesday, April 14, 2009.
This letter urges CMS and the White House to rescind the competitive bidding interim final rule that is to take effect on April 18, 2009.
