Vendor Registration Now Open!
Our 2012 Annual Conference, "Race to the Top" will be held at the Ocean Place Resort & Spa, located at One Ocean Boulevard, Long Branch, NJ on January 9-10, 2013. Our 2011 Annual Conference had more than 85 registered attendees and included companies from surrounding states, as well as non-member companies. There were 35 vendors exhibiting at last year's conference and vendors enjoyed exposure to our attendees during registration periods, our President's Reception cocktail hour, refreshment breaks and luncheon. Standard Registration Register before 12/24/2012 Late Registration Register after 12/24/2012 (space permitting) JAMES Associate Member Registration Registration is included in your annual dues. Please complete a registration form so we have all necessary information regarding your exhibit on file. Our registration rate includes booth space that consists of a 6' skirted table, wireless internet access, and one associate to represent your company. Additional associates are invited to attend for a nominal fee. Electricity is available at a small service charge from the facility for those vendors that will require it. Materials that you will require during your exhibit time may be shipped to the facility, however, your packages may not arrive more than three days prior to the start of the event. Overnight guest room reservations must be completed by December 28 to receive the group rate of $155.00 per night.
